The Baxter’s, a series from Norman Lear. Wrote scripts on topics ranging from school busing to nuclear power. Won the Outstanding Contribution Award of the Governor's Committee for Employment of the Handicapped, "Mainstreaming" episode. Nationally syndicated.

THEATER/PERFORMING ARTS

The Los Angeles Women’s Shakespeare Company, presenting all-female theatrical productions of the Bard. As Managing Director, produced plays and fund-raisers, managed company of 50 volunteers, created celebrity Advisory Board (partial list: Gena Rowlands, Tyne Daly, Penny Marshall, Kathy Bates, Peg Yorkin.) Also produced & directed videos about the company and it’s work.

Shepherd’s Freedom Writer Readings:

Presented every Sunday afternoon featuring writers and poets
including, Carolyn See, Lillian Faderman, Nicole Conn, Eloise Klein Healy, Robbi Sommers, Claire McNab and many others. Celebrity readers included Sharon Gless, Susan Ruttan, Rue McClanahan, Polly Bergen and MacKenzie Phillips.

  • Neurological Assessment – a rock climber falls and hits his head. He’s brought into the emergency room. The clock is ticking, what do you do? Any combination of choices can lead the viewer to save his life or cause his death.
  • Hazardous Material – There’s a spill in the lab. The viewer must follow proper procedures or contaminate the whole hospital.
